Mr.Case sorry this is late but i couldn't cause right after school i went to my relatives place cause theres this ritual thingy and then i came back at 1 in the morning and in class i didn't finish it cause there was no time, so here it is now.

Registering your business name

-Register your business before you start the business

-$60 registration fee and $80 if your registering by email
-Registration is valid for 5 years and expires after 5 years
-To change your registration name you have to give registration taxes
-Your required to pay in your business an income tax to both federal and provincial governments
-6% GST(goods and services tax) is charged for almost everything in Ontario.
Taxes

Retail Sales Tax(RST), also goes by PST. Charged in most cases in Ontario, if the good that is sold is more than $4. 8% in Ontario.
If you sell RST chargeable goods you have to submit the money made by this tax to Ministry of Finance, you must registrate within the ministry of finance to get licences and tax numbers.

Business records
-You have to keep organized books of what have you done while working on your business
-keep a record of your business

-an accountant could could do your business records for you

LICENCES
- business require licences to operate

-operating permit is required

ZONING
-all municipalities have owning and regulation of business. You have to check first if your business would get confirmed.

Insurance
-there are a lot of insurances right now, that claim to protect you from almost every possible thing that can go wrong, however you must choose one good one.The good idea is to consult the insurance agent.

Hiring Employees
-you have to make sure your business makes enough money to provide regular payments to your employees.

Renting or buying premises
unless you have a home based business, you will have to buy or rent a space in which you are going to run your business
to do that you have to figure out a lot of things like: what kind of place you want to have, the location you wanna be your business in, availability of parking, supplier access, security, the amount of money you can spend on your rent.
Business communications
business need some communication supplies like computer with access to Internet, phone, fax and others.
you will also need a website and advertisement to make your business known.
